We ask that customers please wash their hands before arrival. Hand sanitisers are also available for use on the premises.
In order to reduce this risk, staff are instructed to sanitise all surfaces regularly with anti-bacterial spray.
The temperature of each staff member is taken before opening, each night. Where possible, staff are instructed to maintain their distance i.e. when greeting customers or taking orders.
Staff will wear masks while serving at tables.
Dorking Brasserie will be limiting the number of customers in the restaurant so that customers can be kept at a safe distance when seated. We will be running a pre-booking only service on Friday and Saturday evenings in order to control the visitor numbers and keep everyone safe.
A one-way system will also be implemented in order to prevent customers coming into contact with other customers.
We ask customers to please arrive on time and also leave within the allocated times.
We are required to keep a temporary record of customers and visitors to the restaurant for 21 days. We ask that you are helpful and willing to comply with our request for your basic contact details.
Dorking Brasserie do not take responsibility for those who contract Covid-19 post visiting the restaurant. Customers who do decide to eat-in are coming at their own risk.
We are sure you are concerned about the impact of Covid-19 and nothing is more important to the Dorking Brasserie than the health and safety of our customers and colleagues.
Please be assured, all staff currently working on our premises have been deemed fit to work, are not displaying symptoms and have not recently travelled from any high-risk destinations.
All staff are requested to frequently wash their hands throughout the day and have been asked not to make physical contact with customers e.g. shaking hands, keeping a safe distance etc.
We remain committed to the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness and have strengthened our procedures in this area as additional measures. Our entire premises is cleaned throughout the day, including sterilising our equipment. All packaging for takeaways are hygienically prepared.
When entering our restaurant, we are more than happy for you to use our facilities to wash your hands as an extra precaution.
